AI Training for New Zealand Teams and Professionals
Practical, hands-on AI workshops that help your people actually use AI at work. Covering ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and more — delivered in-house, online, or in public sessions across New Zealand.
No jargon. No coding. Just the skills your team needs to work faster and smarter with AI.
Who This AI Training Is For
This is AI training built for people who use computers at work — not programmers.
Team leaders and managers who want their staff confident with AI tools, not confused by them.
L&D and HR professionals looking for a structured AI upskilling programme they can roll out across departments.
Individual professionals who know AI matters but haven’t had the time or guidance to build real skills.
Senior leaders and executives who need to understand AI well enough to make smart decisions about adoption.
If your team uses email, documents, spreadsheets, or presentations — AI can make that work better. We show them how.
What Teams Can Do With The Best AI Training NZ
This isn’t a lecture about the future. It’s practical AI training that changes how your team works this week.
After completing a GenAI Training programme, your people will:
Use AI tools with confidence. No more guessing. Participants leave with clear frameworks for using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini in their actual roles.
Write prompts that get useful results. Most people get mediocre output from AI because they give vague instructions. We teach a repeatable prompting method that works across every major platform.
Identify where AI fits in their workflow. Not everything should be automated. We help teams find the high-value use cases — the tasks where AI saves real time and improves real output.
Build habits, not just awareness. Every session includes hands-on exercises, copy/paste templates, and take-home prompts. Participants practise during the workshop, not after.
Make better decisions about AI adoption. Leaders and managers walk away with a clearer picture of what AI can and can’t do — and what to prioritise next.

AI Roadmap Workshop for Leaders
Your team knows AI matters. You just don’t know what to do first.
The AI Roadmap Workshop is a 2-hour facilitated session where your leadership team identifies 5–8 high-value AI opportunities specific to your operations.
Each one is prioritised by ROI and feasibility, so you know what to work on now, next, and later.
By the end of this 2-hour workshop, you will have a quarterly roadmap document with implementation timelines, tool recommendations, and projected savings.
Most teams find opportunities worth thousands in recovered productivity.
Built for business owners, managers, and team leads. No technical background needed. Works best with 5–15 people in the room.
Includes a free 25-minute discovery call to make sure it’s the right fit.
$1,500 + GST for up to 15 participants.
What Makes Gen AI Training NZ Different
Most AI training fails for the same reason: it’s too abstract. People sit through slides about “the future of work” and walk out without changing anything about how they actually work. We do AI Training in New Zealand differently.
Hands-on from the start.
Every workshop includes live exercises.
Participants open their laptops, log in to AI tools, and practise during the session — not after.
Copy/paste prompts and templates.
Nobody remembers theory two weeks later. We give your team reusable prompts, templates, and frameworks they can paste into any AI tool and start using on Monday morning.
Games and exercises, not lectures.
Learning sticks when people are engaged. We use interactive games, timed challenges, and group exercises to teach AI skills in a way that’s practical and (genuinely) enjoyable.
Built for non-technical people.
No coding. No command lines. No assumed knowledge. If you can type a sentence, you can do this training.

Frequently Asked Questions re: AI Training NZ

Do participants need technical experience? No. This training is designed for non-technical professionals. If you can use email and a web browser, you can do this. No coding, no command lines, no assumed knowledge.
How is the training delivered? Three ways: in-house at your venue (Christchurch-based, travel available), live online via webinar, or through public workshops. Corporate programmes run as six 90-minute sessions over two weeks.
What does the 2-week programme include? Three Foundation workshops (AI Fundamentals, Applied Ideation, Prompting Techniques) plus three Elective workshops you choose from 12 topics — including Productivity, Communication, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Automation, and Governance.
